Waluigi has been one of the most important Mario characters for almost 20 years. Ever since his first appearance in Mario Tennis in 2000 he has been Luigi's rival in games like Mario Kart, Mario Party, Mario Tennis Aces and many more. No, he doesn't have his own game but he has played as one of the main Antagonists in multiple games and a playable character in many others while characters like Daisy or R.O.B. have also only been in spin off games with Waluigi but were not important characters in any of them.
