Waluigi is mostly from spin off games like Mario Kart, Mario Party, Mario Tennis and many others. Many of these games have very little or no representation in smash at all. Some people think Waluigi wouldn't have a good moveset but his moveset could represent all of the Mario Spin Off and Sports games that he is in and after Piranha Plant any character could have a good moveset.

B: Tennis Tornado

Press B once to charge up by spinning really fast and making himself look like a tornado. Press B again in any direction to actually hit someone.

Side B: Gold Mantis

This move is almost exactly like Wario's motorcycle move except he is in his Gold Mantis car. It is a little slower than Wario's bike but it does more damage and has more knockback.

Down B: Bob-omb

This is like a mix between Bowser Jr.'s Mechakoopa and Link's old bomb. Waluigi drops the Bob-omb on the ground and it walks forward. It explodes after 3 seconds or automatically explodes if it hits another fighter or a wall.

Up B: Swimming Return

He jumps up and then swims through the air like he does in Mario Tennis. It is a pretty good recovery move but it also does damage since he is swinging the tennis racket with each stroke.

Final Smash: Bowser Kick

This is move that he does to knock out Bowser in one kick in the beginning of Mario Party 3. It would pretty much instantly KO anyone above 20%.

A: Assist Trophy Moves

His A attack would just be what he does as an assist trophy where he stomps people into the ground and then hits them with his tennis racket.

Potential Stages

There aren't a lot of options for stages but there are a few stages from games that he has been in that could work.

Stage 1: Waluigi Pinball

This stage is from the Waluigi Pinball track on Mario Kart DS. It could sort of be a replacement of Rainbow Road.

Stage 2: Waluigi Island

This stage would be somewhere in Waluigi's Island from Mario Party 3.

How Waluigi Could Work With an Asstst Trophy.

Since Waluigi is an Assist Trophy I can think of two ways they could work around this. One is they could just remove the Waluigi Assist Trophy from the game or two is they could keep the Assist Trophy but it can't be used if Waluigi is one of the people playing. Also since Waluigi has an Assist Trophy his Character Model is already done. They could do a thing similar to Wario where Waluigi's main costume is his Mario Tennis Aces cloths and three separate colors of that and then as an alternate costume he has his normal cloths and three other colors of that.
